Babydoll’s owner-proprietor and resident performer Tracey Whitney’s 'The Art of Jazz’ band features pianist Sid Fendley, Jack Hanan on bass, guitarist Dan Dowling, and Wayne ("Chuckles") Johnson on drums, performing her own brand of classic jazz and sophisticated soul.
With special guest performance by Michael Metz. Michael has been playing since he was a kid. He grew up performing and listening to all kinds of music. He has a degree in Music Education and Trumpet Performance, but life took him on a different path. After 32 years as an Air Traffic Controller, he retired in late 2019. Since then, he has returned to his love of music and now performs regularly in all sorts of situations. Michael is the leader of the popular Albuquerque jazz ensemble- The EQNX Jazztet.
