Babydoll’s House of Jazz & Blues is located in the Park Square Market Courtyard at 6501 America’s Pkwy, Suite 110b. We’re on the ground floor of the One Park Square tower in Uptown Albuquerque.
🚗 Step 1: Arrival & Navigation by Car
From I-40 East or West: Take Exit 162 for Louisiana Blvd and head north.
Turning into the Complex: Pass Indian School Rd, then turn left (west) onto Americas Parkway NE. Loop around until you see the large glass multi-story office towers of Park Square on your right.
Building: Your destination is the northernmost tower, One Park Square (6501 Americas Parkway).
🅿️ Step 2: Parking Options
Option A (Closest / Surface Parking): Pull into the surface lot located directly north of the 6501 Tower (between One Park Square and the Marriott Albuquerque hotel).
Option B (Covered Parking structure): Use the multi-level parking garage located south of the towers, accessible via the main drive loops.
Drop-Off Zone: There is a temporary vehicle drop-off loop located directly in front of the west, main entrance of the building.
🚶 Step 3: Pedestrian Access to Suite 110B
Because Suite 110B features exterior-facing exposures and is situated next to the campus courtyard, you can reach it via two main routes:
Route A (From the Central Courtyard): Walk past the tower into the open-air central plaza/courtyard between the buildings. Enter through the glass doors leading to the interior retail corridor and urban food market footprint. Suite 110B will be immediately on your right, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
Route B (From the Main West Lobby): Enter through the main revolving glass doors on the west side of One Park Square. Instead of heading to the central elevator banks for the upper corporate floors, walk straight through the ground-floor main corridor past the security/reception desk toward the east wing of the building. The corridor opens up into the indoor marketplace area, where you will find Suite 110B right before the courtyard exit.
*Additional landmarks: We're to the west of Ruth's Chris Steak House, and directly across the Courtyard from The Japanese Kitchen.
